Where Summer Memories Are Made
The Foxcroft Aquatic Swim Team is a summer recreational swim team based in the Foxcroft neighborhood in Midlothian, Virginia. We compete in the Chesterfield Aquatic League (CAL) and welcome swimmers of every level, from first-timers to seasoned competitors.
What We Stand For
Our team is built on a few simple principles that shape how we show up at every practice and meet.
Show Up
Consistency is everything in summer swim. We expect swimmers to show up to practice, work hard while they are there, and bring positive energy that lifts the whole team.
Lift Each Other Up
Cheer for every Fin in the water, whether they are leading the heat or finishing their first 25. Our team culture is built on encouragement, not comparison.
Have Fun In The Water
Summer swim is supposed to be the highlight of the season. We balance hard work with the joy that keeps kids coming back year after year.
Our 2026 Coaches
We are thrilled to welcome Coach Jenn Webb as our new head coach! Coach Jenn will have a stellar lineup of assistant coaches alongside her that will bring energy, patience, and a real love of the sport to every practice.
Jenn Webb
Jenn brings a lifelong love of the water and a deep connection to summer swimming. Growing up, she spent every summer at her neighborhood pool, first as a competitive swimmer, then as a lifeguard, and eventually as their swim team coach. Those early experiences sparked a passion for teaching that carried into a 26 year career as a middle school science teacher.
Whether she is breaking down the basics for new swimmers or helping experienced athletes refine their technique, Jenn loves meeting kids where they are and helping them discover confidence and joy in the sport. Summer swim has always held a special place in her heart, and she is incredibly excited to bring that same magic, community, and team spirit to our pool this season.

Per SafeSport rules, parents and volunteers are not permitted to film or take video behind the blocks at any meet or practice. This applies to phones, cameras, and any other recording devices.
SafeSport guidelines exist to protect our swimmers, and we take them seriously. Please remind family members and guests when they come to watch.
