First Dive-In!
Meet officially starts. Let's go FAST Fins!
Developmental Race
Foxcroft will be holding a Developmental Race prior to the start of the meet. This is a race for swimmers on both teams who are not quite ready to swim on their own in an event but would like meet day experience. These swimmers are allowed a kickboard for support, a coach in the water, or they can give it a go on their own! We look forward to cheering on our FAST Fins and Foxcreek Marlins in this event. Fans, please join us to help encourage these developing swimmers as they take the blocks for this race.

Free Shuttle Service
The Foxcroft FAST Fins have partnered again with Mrs. C's Transport to provide free shuttle service for this meet. Park at Cosby High School and let the shuttle handle the rest.
Foxcroft Parking Lot
First come, first served. Once full, fans need to park at Cosby High School. Please do not park on Foxcroft Parkway or in the neighborhoods.
Cosby High School
14300 Fox Club Pkwy. Park here for free shuttle service. The first shuttle starts running at 5:00 PM.
Shuttle Runs The Whole Meet
Mrs. C's runs shuttles back and forth for the entirety of the meet. The shuttle will not leave until all spectators have made it back to their cars (including post-meet volunteers).
Weather Won't Stop Us
In the event of inclement weather, Mrs. C's is dedicated to getting fans to their cars safely and providing services through any delay.
Yes, A Shuttle. Trust Us, It's The Fly Way.
Fans, we get it. A shuttle for a swim meet may seem a bit... fishy. We can assure you, it's the fly way to get to the meet.
We used this same service for our biggest meets last year and it went swimmingly well. Mrs. C's is dedicated to making this a smooth process, and they'll be using their larger shuttles this year so your chairs, coolers, and other gear can come along for the ride.
Our suggestion: Go directly to Cosby High School for parking and take the shuttle. Don't try to find parking in our very small lot or drop off in the lot. The shuttle is the better and quicker option. Arrive early to allow time for drop-off and shuttle service.
Pool Layout
Here's how the deck is organized for meet day. Knowing the layout makes everything smoother.
-
Pool Deck
The pool deck is reserved for athletes and pool deck volunteers. Spectators, please sit in the designated areas. Spectators WILL be allowed to enter the pool deck and cheer on their athlete from the designated spectator zones, but we ask that you exit quickly following your athlete's heat.
-
Clerk Of Course
All athletes must check in with the Clerk of Course before lining up for events.
-
Younger Swimmers & New Swimmers
Parents, if you have a young swimmer or one new to swim, please use a Sharpie to write:
- Names on their back for identification purposes
- Events, heat, and lane info on their hands or arms so the Clerk of Course can easily line them up
New to swim? Review our Swim Meet 101 for tips and tricks to keep your head above water during the meet.

Important Reminders
A few things to know before you head to the pool.
Inclement Weather
Fans, if the weather doesn't cooperate, no need to fret! Foxcroft Pool policy is to clear the pool deck for 30 minutes from the last rumble of thunder, or 40 minutes if lightning is in the area.
Fans can still access the clubhouse deck or remain in grassy spectator areas as long as it's safe. The shuttle will have all available buses ready to get fans back to their cars quickly and safely.
Both teams will communicate any delays or cancellations. Make sure your SwimTopia alerts are ON so you don't miss weather-related updates. Please be patient — we're all in this together!
SafeSport
Per SafeSport rules, parents and volunteers are not permitted to film or take video behind the blocks at any meet or practice. This applies to phones, cameras, and any recording devices.
SafeSport guidelines exist to protect our swimmers, and we take them seriously. Please remind family members and guests when they come to watch.
Learn More ›Sportsmanship
Fans, athletes, and volunteers, the Foxcroft FAST Fins foster a culture of sportsmanship. Please remember, this is summer swim.
Our priority at FAST is to provide a positive environment for swimmers of all ages and abilities. If any fan, athlete, or volunteer is not engaging in good sportsmanship, they may be removed from the meet or asked to leave.
Please help us ensure all fans, athletes, and volunteers enjoy a positive meet experience start to finish. Thank you!
